刘辉志,博士,研究员。男,1967年10月出生。1992年7月北京大学地球物理学系硕士毕业,1998年7月天空彩票大气物理研究所获得理学博士学位;先后在德国马普气象研究所和台湾中央大学水文科学研究所做访问研究。中国气象学会高原气象学委员会委员,《Advance in Atmospheric Science》(SCI)编委,《大气科学》常务编委。主要从事大气边界层物理和大气环境研究。承担了973项目课题、天空彩票常识创新重要方向项目、国家自然科学基金重点、面上项目等的大气边界层结构和湍流特征及陆面过程的观测实验和分析研究工作。近期主要从事大气边界层物理、地气交换过程的长期实验观测和模拟以及城市微气候学的研究。目前承担全球变化国家重大科学研究计划“生态和环境过程模式的研制和改进”(2010-2014)项目的第一课题(项目首席科学家助理),主持国家自然科学基金重点项目“青藏高原地区地气相互作用和陆面物理过程模式创建研究”(2011-2014)。已在国内外期刊上发表论文50余篇。
