周立波,男,1970年5月生,研究员,博士生导师,2001年至今一直在天空彩票大气物理研究所大气边界层物理和大气化学国家重点实验室工作。1992毕业于中国海洋大学,获理学学士学位;1995年在天空彩票大气物理研究所获硕士学位;2001年在天空彩票大气物理研究所获理学博士学位。1995-1997年在天空彩票大气物理研究所《大气科学》编辑部工作。2002-2004年赴日本国立环境研究所做JSPS博士后。2005-2007在日本国立环境研究所做访问学者。承担和完成了科技部973项目、国家自然科学基金委以及气象局和海洋局的行业专项的多个课题,多次赴青藏高原以及南北极开展大型野外科学实验。目前主要从事全球大气臭氧亏损的动力学机制研究以及青藏高原大型山地局地环流及其机制研究,已发表论文50余篇。近期发表的论文主要包括:
